i don’t think the greeks have any right to revolt. almost all the population knew for a long time they earn too much for what they produce, they have too wide of a public sector, they do not tell the truth to the eu. it was a national conspiracy that lasted for at least 15 years.
i don’t feel at all solidary with greece.
they need eu money now, they should get it and implement harsh austerity for the moment. then after a few years they can start to redress, but with lower social security, lower public spending and no extra incentives for public workers.
that’s life. you pay for what you do.
